Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead generative AI initiatives and ensure the responsible application of AI solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, development, deployment, and evaluation of generative AI solutions
• Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring outputs are safe, reliable, and clinically effective
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to define problems and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms
• Proven experience building and evaluating generative AI models in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to assess the safety and effectiveness of AI solutions in healthcare
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science with leadership in AI/ML projects
• An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant quantitative field is strongly preferred
