Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join their team in building a technology marketplace platform and delivering Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and improvement of advanced statistical, machine learning, and generative AI models
• Conduct research to enhance the scalability and performance of AI models for enterprise customers
• Build experimentation frameworks to guide algorithmic and product decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a STEM discipline with a significant research component
• Strong expertise in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
• Proven track record in designing and deploying machine learning and Generative AI models
• Proficiency in data science tools and frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL)
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or conference presentations is highly desirable
