Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-squad initiatives to enhance developer experience and system reliability using AI-powered practices
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve the developer platform with AI-enabled capabilities
• Mentor engineers and influence architecture by integrating AI to support scalability and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership
• Strong hands-on coding skills in complex codebases
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools and APIs
• Expertise in backend (Node.js, Kotlin), frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js), or mobile (React Native) technologies
• Deep experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
