Staff Engineer - BMC ITSM Helix

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer specializing in BMC ITSM Helix/Remedy, to lead technical development remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to address complex challenges
• Develop and execute technical software development strategies for the BMC ITSM Helix platform
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the BMC Helix ITSM platform

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with enterprise platforms similar to ServiceNow or BMC ITSM Helix/Remedy
• Strong knowledge of service management and cloud computing technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript and RESTful Web Services
• 6+ years of development experience on an IT Service Management platform
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
