Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Information Security Engineer to help secure their AI-powered conversation intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and secure infrastructure and applications for the SaaS platform
• Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and drive adoption of security controls
• Lead teams in identifying and solving high-impact security challenges while managing department-level projects

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering or related software engineering discipline
• At least 2+ years leading large-scale security initiatives or cross-functional projects
• Expertise in core security principles, vulnerability management, and automation
• Experience with cloud-native environments and security architectures
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS is a plus
