Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience with a focus on designing and scaling complex systems
• Proven ability to solve technically challenging problems with high ambiguity and risk
• Expertise in backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Ruby
• Experience in guiding architecture for high-throughput financial systems while contributing hands-on
• Strong ability to decompose complex problems and execute pragmatic solutions
