Staff Software Engineer, Flutter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, SDKs (Flutter).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Flutter SDK features, including adding new API methods and improving existing functionality
• Write reliable unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and support teams to clarify requirements and verify fixes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production software with a proven track record of shipping reliable code
• Fluency in Dart and experience designing idiomatic, null safe APIs
• Hands-on experience with Dart FFI for building bridges to native code
• Strong testing discipline, including unit and integration tests and CI pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI
