Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of major features across the Marketplace and Portal apps
• Scope projects and create accurate delivery timelines for high-visibility initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and pairing sessions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a staff-level role
• Strong full-stack skills with expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and related modern frameworks
• Experience leading technical projects from architecture through deployment
• Product-focused mindset, with a history of building user-facing applications that balance technical and UX excellence
• Understanding of system design principles for scalable, high-performance applications
