Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of foundational components that enhance the developer experience and migration tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members in producing maintainable code and ensuring integration with quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements and lead discussions for technical solutions
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with product goals and ensures effective resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical discipline with proven experience in production software coding
• Experience with programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in relevant fields with corresponding years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud-based environments
• Experience working closely with product management and other engineering teams on cross-functional projects
