A company is looking for a Staff Solutions Engineer to support technical solutioning and consulting in sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Customer Success teams to close new revenue opportunities
- Lead technical solutioning phases and serve as the primary contact for customers' technical teams
- Conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions and process improvements to enhance organizational capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a Technology, Product, or Sales Engineering role, preferably in Payments/Fintech
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and relevant technologies (e.g., JSON, Postman, GraphQL)
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead presentations and technical consulting sessions
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented, positive, resilient, and collaborative mindset
