Standardized Patient Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Standardized Patient Trainer to support the Suicide Care, Prevention, and Research Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute all stages of simulation development and manage simulation activities
• Train and supervise Standardized Patients, providing feedback and ensuring educational requirements are met
• Participate in quality assurance activities and collaborate in case development and scenario design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, allied health, social services, or a related field required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Equivalent experience in SP training, management, teaching, or healthcare may substitute for formal education
• Knowledge of contemporary medical education strategies and simulation approaches
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and supervise others
