Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align legal initiatives with business objectives
• Support HR with employment law guidance and assist in maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution and membership in at least one State bar
• 5-8 years of legal experience, with a preference for in-house counsel experience
• Experience in regulated industries or government contracting is preferred
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation and interpretation
• Proficiency in handling employment law matters and IP issues
