Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate documentation in medical records for patient care and reimbursement
• Conduct extensive record reviews and interact with healthcare professionals
• Participate in team meetings and provide education to staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management
• Five years of recent adult acute care experience or five years of hospital inpatient coding
• Current state Registered Nurse license or active AHIMA credentials (RHIA)
• Preferred: Active credential through ACDIS (CCDS) or AHIMA (CCS)
