Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to join the team as a Utilization Management Physician Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Rx Analysis reports and perform medical provider outreaches
• Educate staff and provide clinical knowledge to pharmacists
• Maintain compliance with URAC Standards and ensure timely service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted state Pharmacist license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
