Key Responsibilities
- Foster student progress by developing resources and interventions to improve the student experience
- Conduct outreach strategies to support student retention and graduation
- Manage incoming support requests and resolve complex student issues to ensure satisfaction and progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Experience in a student-facing or customer-facing role
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
