A company is looking for a Subcontract Manager for the FAA BNATCS initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead subcontracting activities related to the transformation of the air traffic control system
• Manage and oversee procurement processes and subcontract negotiations
• Support a portfolio of substantial value while leading teams effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years of management work experience in procurement and subcontracting
• Extensive knowledge of federal aviation, engineering, and construction subcontracting activities
• Experience with award or incentive fee contracts
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams successfully
