Supplier Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interconnect Supplier Development Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and act as a liaison between various departments to resolve performance issues
• Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Analyze supplier metrics and conduct assessments to identify trends and improve processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university
• 6 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cable and harness assembly or connector manufacturing
• Knowledge of electronic/RF/high-speed cable assemblies and connectors is desired
• Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or supply chain and industry-specific certifications
