Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and maintaining cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering growth
• Manage systems engineering projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee system architecture and integration, including cloud and on-prem systems, IAM solutions, and endpoint management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage performance
• Experience in leading complex projects and managing budgets
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, IAM solutions, and endpoint management tools
