Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of various tax returns
• Supervise a team of Tax Specialists and coordinate tax-related data gathering activities
• Support internal and external tax audits and ensure accurate documentation of tax positions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• Typically 10+ years of related experience, including at least 3+ years in a managerial role
• Experience with preparation of gross receipts, sales tax, and property tax returns
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and Deltek CostPoint
