Team Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely incident resolution
• Oversee operational delivery, including queue management and ticket prioritization to meet SLA targets
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters and automate workflows using programming languages

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
• Experience with Google Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Strong knowledge of microservices, containers, and networking
• Hands-on experience with PKI, service mesh, and Linux systems administration
• An SRE mindset focused on automation, scalability, and reliability
