Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering and other departments
• Lead sprint planning sessions and manage the sprint cycle
• Oversee code deployments and conduct code reviews for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, primarily in Node.js and Vue.js
• Experience with AWS and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as MySQL and REST + GraphQL
• Ability to manage and support team growth through regular 1-on-1s
• Experience in full-stack development is preferred
