Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects to acquire and expand new customers
• Drive customer success by establishing executive relationships and delivering value through technical engagement
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and long-term growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the data space, including data warehousing and machine learning
• Experience in driving Greenfield customer acquisition within a high-growth business model
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with technical executives
• Strong architectural skills to influence complex customer architectures
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams
