Senior Kubernetes Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Kubernetes clusters
• Automate application deployments and management using Kubernetes manifests and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters and applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster administration
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 3 months of start date
• Must be a US Citizen and have lived in the United States for at least 3 out of the past 5 years
• Proficient with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and/or Docker Swarm
