Tech Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Product Analyst to join their Fraud Systems & Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex product efforts and manage product boards and backlogs in collaboration with Technology Product Owners
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through various techniques
• Develop user stories and backlog items, ensuring completeness and consistency of requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-10+ years of experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and product documentation for large-scale technology initiatives
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items
• Strong background in data querying, reporting, and root-cause analysis
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
