A company is looking for a Technical Anchor for the Dealer Portal Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical anchor for the CRM Dealer Portal product team, facilitating development and maintenance
- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal websites and customize CRM entities to meet business requirements
- Lead development team meetings, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate with teams for deployment and data governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 customization and software development in C#
- 7 years of experience in API development and designing secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal websites
- 5 years of experience with SQL Server for database schema design and data import/export
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD environment deployment
