Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - P&C Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions by determining project requirements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Participate in all stages of the software development and implementation lifecycle, adhering to SDLC processes
- Provide advice on complex business projects regarding solution options, timelines, designs, and implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
- Experience working on moderate-to-complex projects or systems for at least 5 years
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and Waterfall experience preferred
- Proficiency in at least 3 technical skills such as data modeling, SQL, or system integration design
