Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical (Features).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the strategic technical direction of the Health Data Platform Features team
• Partner with senior executives to define priorities and communicate progress
• Manage day-to-day work priorities and ensure effective assignment of Features development work

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a software development organization, with 5+ years in product management or technical program leadership
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
• Proven success in driving product development from concept to delivery
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices and cloud infrastructure
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and exceptional team leadership abilities
