Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure the use of scrum methodologies
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and infrastructure maintenance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for team workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-level coding experience, preferably in C# .NET
• 3+ years' experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead
• Experience managing technical projects, including planning and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Subject Matter Expertise in DevOps
