Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who will drive customer success through effective implementation of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Act as the primary technical contact during implementations, providing expert guidance and training
• Maintain documentation of configurations and track implementation metrics for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (asset)
• 2+ years in technical implementation, API integration, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp) is a plus
• Familiarity with EHR, Insurance Tech, Legal Tech, or Claims Documentation is an asset
