Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct planning, analysis, design, and architecture activities for IT systems
• Collaborate with the client Project Team on multi-phased projects and oversee Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) or Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDL) activities
• Provide subject matter expertise in governance, enterprise architecture, and business process design and reengineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, or equivalent experience (9 years total without a degree)
• Minimum of five years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, with a preference for seven years
• At least three years of lead experience in aligning IT systems with business processes
• Minimum of two years of experience developing, testing, or maintaining large management information applications
• Experience with Oracle databases, including design, development, and tuning, with a preference for five years
