Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to guide architecture and engineering standards while overseeing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead, guiding architecture, design decisions, and engineering standards for the team
• Define scalable and reusable patterns for large-scale data conversions/migrations
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to implement high-quality data solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Data Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural oversight role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PySpark, AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lambda, etc.), and Databricks
• Proven experience in large-scale data migrations, with the ability to create frameworks and reusable patterns
• Experience in leading engineering teams by providing mentorship and quality oversight
• Advocacy for best practices across data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud infrastructure integration
