Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot software application issues and recommend corrective actions
- Document recurring technical issues to enhance product quality and support internal processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; or 4 years of functional experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic understanding of network, server, and software methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and support change management
