Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing documentation according to style and brand guidelines
- Develop content for product launches and feature enhancements in collaboration with product marketing managers and SMEs
- Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to the intended audience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-focused content
- Proficiency with authoring and publishing tools such as Zendesk Guide and Confluence
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools for documentation tracking
- Strong editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and style
