Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information
• Write and edit technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, products, or processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
• Technical training, certification(s), or degree preferred
• Previous exposure to Ruby on Rails frameworks is a major plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
