Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer with a strong background in authoring user documentation for hardware or software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-user documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting instructions
• Create and edit visual content such as diagrams and illustrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify content while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker and MadCap Flare
• Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
