Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive background research on guests and interview topics
• Prepare pre-interview briefs and supporting materials for interviewers and producers
• Monitor breaking news to inform guest selection and segment direction

• Deep experience as a researcher with a producer mindset in a newsroom or interview-based programming
• Familiarity with the company's editorial tone and coverage areas, including politics and business
• Experience working with high-level internal stakeholders
