Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Pastor/Biblical Counselor for an overnight shift (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and biblical counsel to listeners via phone, addressing various life topics and crisis intervention
• Maintain scheduled hours and participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
• Make referrals to local assistance and respond to daily prayer requests from listeners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least six years of pastoral experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in the Ministerial or Counseling field from an accredited institution
• Licensed and/or Ordained with a recognized Christian church or denomination
• Commitment to ongoing education in pastoral or counseling practices
