Key Responsibilities
- Manage all testing initiatives, ensuring resource allocation and timelines are met
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to create and approve test plans and scripts
- Monitor and update bug reports, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with proven leadership abilities
- 8 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and technical expertise in specific products and environments
- Proficient in using test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
