Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 who will support multiple projects focused on improving outcomes for Texas students.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced business analysis and user experience design work
• Ensure design decisions are based on user research and adhere to best practices
• Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment throughout the software development life cycle

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in eliciting requirements and creating system requirements
• 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
• 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
• 8 years of experience in developing user stories and use cases
• 5 years of experience in designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
