Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring strategy execution and accountability
- Monitor and report on customer program progress, including KPIs and performance feedback

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Motivated, results-driven individual with strong risk assessment skills
