A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech - Intake Technician who will work remotely to manage order entries and insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter new or renewed orders and adjudicate insurance claims
- Handle order exceptions and communicate with leadership and peers
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails while achieving productivity standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred
- Must possess a Texas Pharmacy Tech License and PTCB certification
- Experience with FrameworkLTC is required
- Ability to type an average of 60 wpm
- Solid math calculation skills and understanding of basic pharmacy language
