Job Summary

A company is looking for a Texas Scoring Assistant for the Science of Teaching Reading assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Score constructed response components of the Texas Educator Certification Examination Program
• Participate in scoring sessions conducted remotely on weekdays
• Complete a thorough orientation and learn evaluation methodologies for scoring responses

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience teaching Reading in Texas
• Taught Reading-related courses in a Texas classroom within the past three years
• Reside in the state of Texas
• Hold a bachelor's degree
• Meet specific ethical obligations and agree to certain restrictions regarding test preparation and exam taking
