eLearning Course Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Course Developer to create and enhance educational eLearning courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the instructional designer in developing engaging and interactive eLearning courses and certification programs
• Create high-quality training video content and develop job aids to support training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure courses meet learning objectives and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or coursework in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, plus 2 years of eLearning course development experience
• Proven experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise for eLearning course development
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Camtasia
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
• Solid understanding of multimedia principles and learning technology standards
