Texas Licensed Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support a Texas-based education project.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality professional development for adult learners across Texas-based education initiatives
• Develop training plans that integrate adult learning theory, scaffolding techniques, and flipped classroom models
• Facilitate engaging and effective virtual and/or in-person training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education, instructional design, or related field is a plus
• 5 years' experience in education, instructional training, or adult learning
• Proven experience designing and delivering professional development or instructional training for educators or adult learners
• Strong grounding in adult learning theory, scaffolding strategies, and instructional design
• Familiarity with Texas education systems, policies, or regional context is strongly preferred
