Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examine public land records for insurability and issuance of title commitments
• Train and support fellow commercial searchers, addressing their questions and concerns
• Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on search matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Texas
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Familiarity with search protocols, lien priority rules, and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent, or 10 years of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and public records search engines
