Key Responsibilities
- Own Creator Acquisition Strategy for TikTok Shops, building a network of creators to drive revenue
- Grow TAP & Creator Agency Partnerships by developing relationships for scalable deal flow
- Put top creators on retainer and commission models to ensure consistent product promotion
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in creator or influencer marketing with a focus on TikTok Shops or affiliate programs
- Direct experience with TikTok Agency Partners and managing creator agency relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of performance-based compensation models
- Track record of managing 50+ creators, including contracts and performance tracking
- Fluent in tools like TikTok Creator Center and affiliate dashboards
