Key Responsibilities
- Develop and report on strategic marketing plans and targets to achieve sales goals
- Oversee annual marketing plans for various retail channels to drive consumer engagement and support product launches
- Build relationships with external partners and report on programming performance to inform future strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in trade, shopper, and/or field marketing
- Strong leadership skills and management experience
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods preferred
- Ability to travel as necessary for the business
