Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) paid social media management
- Experience managing ad spend of $1M+ per month on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and pattern detection
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on creating effective systems
