Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the lifecycle marketing strategy, optimizing the customer journey from awareness to post-sales engagement

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in the education or service industry
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, particularly Hubspot
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience in guiding teams and leading complex projects
