Required Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns across major platforms
- Strong familiarity with Google services and project management tools, preferably ClickUp
- Experience using Slack for team communication and collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
